Bash Passes can be bought as a gift for someone. Once a pass is bought and has been registered with a basher name it is theirs and has full control of the pass. The purchaser no longer has control of the bash pass.
Cost of bash fee allows you to take part of all parties and activities that will take places before and during bash. Multiple snack times and some alcohol are included in your bash costs.
*Bash Pass does include Snacks and Water. Some alcohol will be provided. Bash Fee does not include the cost of meals, beverages, alcohol or hotel stay. Please keep in mind all hotel payments are nonrefundable.
The hotel allows outside food and alcohol. Breakfast is provided for hotel guests only. All alcohol is BYOB. There will a food truck and snacks for purchase available.
Booking Best Western (The Main Bash Hotel)
To book the Bash hotel you must register to attend bash. Please go to the Bash Registration Tab to register. You MUST be a ticket holder to stay at the main hotel. There is a nonrefundable 1 night hotel stay plus taxes deposit requirement.

For registrations received from January 2, 2024 to February 1, 2024, one night charge plus taxes and fees will be process with in 5 business days of February 1, 2024. For registrations received after February 1 , 2024 , one night charge plus taxes and fees will be process with in 5 business days from date registration received. (Example Registration is received March 5th the hotel stay will process up to 5 business days from March 5th.) For registrations received after August 20,2024 and the main hotel have availability the full hotel stay will be charged. The main hotel is required to be booked by and paid for until all rooms are considered a full a sellout.
You may pay any remaining balance at any time. Payment arrangements must be processed by SouthernCharmz. Remaining hotel costs will be processed August 20th, 2024 unless approved by SouthernCharmz. ALL HOTEL PAYMENTS ARE NONREFUNDABLE. NO EXCEPTIONS. Should your payment decline, you have 72 hours to correct the issue. You or any roommates may pay the balance. Any billing issues not corrected after the 3 days the room at Main Bash Hotel/ Best Western will be forfeited for all bashers in the room. You/You and Roommate will not be added back to the rooming list/wait list until it can be corrected. Waitlist is made a a first come first serve. Rooms are booked by SouthernCharmzBBW Staff ONLY.
