What is a BBW Bash?

​

A BBW Bash is an event that has people of all shapes and sizes from all over the world. Bashes are typically held at a hotel to give bashers a safe place to be themselves while offering a space for pool parties, dance nights, workshops, networking, and meet and greets.  It is a judgment free zone where you can  be who you are. You get to party, mix and mingle with others that have the same mindset as you. A bash is an exciting and positive experience.

2025 SouthernCharmz BBW Bash Canceled

 

 

Dear SouthernCharmz Family,

​

It is with a heavy heart and deep disappointment that we must announce the cancellation of the 2025 SouthernCharmz BBW Bash.

​

Due to unexpectedly low attendance, we are unable to move forward with the event this year. We know how much many of you look forward to Bash—reuniting with old friends, making new connections, and celebrating the beauty within ourselves and each other. Please know this decision was not made lightly.

​

All who purchased Bash Passes for 2025, including those rolled over from 2024, will contacted and will receive a full refund. We have already begun processing these refunds, and kindly ask for your patience as we complete them within the next two weeks.

​

Though this news is difficult, our mission remains unchanged. We will continue to host meet-ups throughout the year, and we hope those moments still bring love, laughter, and empowerment to our beautiful community.

​

We are so grateful for your continued support and understanding. We truly believe in the magic we create together, and it is our hope that one day we will be able to bring Bash back, bigger and better than ever.

​

Bash Fees are nonrefundable and nontransferable.

​

BE RESPECTFUL AND RESPONSIBLE

​

This is a 100% loving and size acceptable environment. NO Bullying, NO Belittling, or Inappropriate behavior. You will be removed from bash and banned from all future activities if you do not respect others. 21 & older with ID. Please do not pay your bash fee until you are 100% sure you can attend the event. NO Nudity, NO Drugs, NO Solicitation, NO Glass at pool. You MUST keep your bash bracelet on for the entirety of the bash. Should your bracelet break you MUST bring the broken bracelet to be replaced. Failing to do so will cause you another bash fee or removal from hotel property. We reserve the right to refuse & limit access to the bash and hotel. We are not liable for injury nor death. We are not liable for photographs or video taken at this bash. By attending the bash you are agreeing for photos and videos to be taken by the SouthernCharmz team and used for promotional uses. No part of SouthernCharmz may be reproduced or transmitted in any form or by any means, electronic or mechanical, including photocopy, recording, or any information storage & retrieval system, without permission. All rooms and suites are non-smoking, and strictly enforced.  We reserve the right to refuse service and access to this event in its entirety, and payments can be rejected.  All Bash fees are non-refundable and nontransferable. You may be banned from all SouthernCharmz groups and events should you leave a balance with the hotel or vendors requiring them to pay for.

It is important to know the hotel rooms are based on availability. While we try as hard as we can to get the room type you selected this is not always possible. We must sell the hotel from the bottom floor up. The room you selected may not be the room your receive. When you register you are agreeing that you are accepting your room type may change as it is not guaranteed. Remaining reservation amount will be charged by August 20,2024 or at time of registration if there are still rooms at the bash hotel after August 20,2024. .

SouthernCharmz and vendors strive to provide the measures for the safest environment. SouthernCharmz is not liable for injury and death from the risks contracting Covid 19.  By attending the event you are assuming this risk.
