Until Bash!!!

Once bash fee is paid and registration form is filled out you will not receive a room confirmation until your room is assigned. You can make nonrefundable payments towards your room to get your room assigned before bash. All other rooms will be assigned approximately one month prior to bash when one your card is charged for one night plus taxes.
