Bash Passes can be bought as a gift for someone. Once a pass is bought and has been registered with a basher name it is theirs and has full control of the pass. The purchaser no longer has control of the bash pass.
Cost of bash fee allows you to take part of all parties and activities that will take places before and during bash. Multiple snack times and some alcohol are included in your bash costs.
*Bash Pass does not include the cost of meals, beverages, alcohol or hotel stay. Please keep in mind all hotel payments are nonrefundable.
The hotel allows outside food and alcohol. Breakfast is provided for hotel guests only. All alcohol is BYOB.
Booking Best Western (The Main Bash Hotel)
Once your bash fee is paid your room type will be held. Room assignments will only be assigned once the one night plus tax deposit is made. You may make nonrefundable payments towards your room stay before bash. Each Basher holding a room will be required to pay one night plus taxes on or before August 17, 2022. The remaining due amount will be processed to the card on file September 7, 2022. You must contact the organizer or the hotel to make arrangements outside of those dates. If your card declines, you have 2 days to pay the due amounts. You or any roommates may pay the balance. If the billing issue is not corrected after the 2 days the room at Main Bash Hotel/ Best Western will be forfeited for all bashers in the room. Once room is forfeited you may book overflow hotel and can opt for being put on the Main Bash hotel waitlist. Waitlist is made a a first come first serve. Rooms are booked by SouthernCharmzBBW Staff ONLY.
IF YOU TRY TO CALL TO BOOK A RESERVATION THE HOTEL WILL NOT ACCEPT ANY BOOKINGS THAT ARE NOT ON THE MANIFEST.

Bash Fees are nonrefundable and nontransferable.
BE RESPECTFUL AND RESPONSIBLE
This is a 100% loving and size acceptable environment. NO Bullying, NO Belittling, or Inappropriate behavior. You will be removed from bash and banned from all future activities if you do not respect others. 21 & older with ID. Please do not pay your bash fee until you are 100% sure you can attend the event. NO Nudity, NO Drugs, NO Solicitation, NO Glass at pool. You MUST keep your bash bracelet on for the entirety of the bash. Should your bracelet break you MUST bring the broken bracelet to be replaced. Failing to do so will cause you another bash fee or removal from hotel property. We reserve the right to refuse & limit access to the bash and hotel. We are not liable for injury nor death. We are not liable for photographs or video taken at this bash. By attending the bash you are agreeing for photos and videos to be taken by the SouthernCharmz team and used for promotional uses. No part of SouthernCharmz may be reproduced or transmitted in any form or by any means, electronic or mechanical, including photocopy, recording, or any information storage & retrieval system, without permission. All rooms and suites are non-smoking, and strictly enforced. We reserve the right to refuse service and access to this event in its entirety, and payments can be rejected. All Bash fees are non-refundable and nontransferable. You may be banned from all SouthernCharmz groups and events should you leave a balance with the hotel or vendors requiring them to pay for.
It is important to know the hotel rooms are based on availability. While we try as hard as we can to get the room type you selected this is not always possible. We must sell the hotel from the bottom floor up. The room you selected may not be the room your receive. When you register you are agreeing that you are accepting your room type may change as it is not guaranteed. Remaining reservation amount will be charged by August 20,2024 or at time of registration if there are still rooms at the bash hotel after August 20,2024. .
